Job Description


Candidate will need to be able to:

  • Handling correspondence
  • Organizing and servicing committee and academic board meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes and etc)
  • Writing reports
  • Preparing statistics and handling data such as staff attendance figures
  • Purchasing equipment/other goods
  • Liaising with potential students, other institutions, government department and external organizations
  • Helping with course approval and evaluation activities
  • Formulating and implementing regulations/policies
  • Timetabling and planning events
  • Administering and coordinating students\' recruitment, examination and assessment activities
