Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as attendance records and leave deductions.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
Handling employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assisting with performance management processes, including scheduling appraisal meetings and maintaining performance records.
Coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
Managing office supplies and inventory, and liaising with vendors for procurement.
Handling general administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
