• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): Command of English
• The consultant should be someone who is confident, good at communication & able to interact with people across all levels.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, driven & focused, with good follow-up skills
• Eager to learn & Hunger for success
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player
• Training will be provided for those without experience
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Molek.

Tanggungjawab

• Developing a good understanding of client companies - their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
• Headhunting & Screening - Identifying & approaching suitable candidates.
• Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client\'s requirements.
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
• Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Negotiating salary packages between clients and candidates.
• Offering consultation advice to both clients and candidates regarding salary levels, training & development and career opportunities.
