Job Responsibility Developing a good understanding of client companies - their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Headhunting & Screening - Identifying & approaching suitable candidates. Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client\'s requirements. Reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates. Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. Preparing profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client. Negotiating salary packages between clients and candidates. Offering consultation advice to both clients and candidates regarding salary levels, training & development and career opportunities. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field Required skill(s): MS Office. Required language(s): Command of English The consultant should be someone who is confident, good at communication & able to interact with people across all levels. Self-motivated, target-oriented, driven & focused, with good follow-up skills Eager to learn & Hunger for success Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player Training will be provided for those without experience Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Molek.
