Client Background: World\'s leading manufacturer that operates over 40 manufacturing facilities in three continents (Europe, North America and Asia).

Location: Bukit Raja, Klang (willing to travel to Melaka if required)
Position: Admin cum HR Generalist (6 months contract)
Headcount: 1 (Immediate intake)
Tenure: (6 months contract)
Remuneration: Subject to experience
Willing to travel to Melaka if required, only when needed for special occasion
Report to HR Manager
Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently
Preparing and processing invoices for clients
In charge of courier/postage administration
Data entry of required information into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly.
Assist HR Manager on HR matters when required
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
2 years relevant experience is plus
Knowledge in HR & Admin is an added advantage
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Fresh graduate with intern experience in administrative are encouraged to apply
Having good attitude and willing to learn
