Job Responsibility Keeping and maintaining all records related to the Company including developing a filing system. Scheduling meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Input and update required data. Analyze and generate required reports. Assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Assist in facilitating smooth employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures. Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves. Assist in preparing HR documentation and reports, like employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, leave reports etc. Work with in-house trainer in the implementation and execution of training and development programs for employees. Responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction through conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and implementing initiatives to address issues and improve employee well-being. Job Requirements Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s degree in Business Admin/ degree in Human Resource Management Or any related field. Must have solid and proven admin / human resources experience for minimum 2-3 years experiences. In-depth knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and regulations. Fluent in Mandarin. Excellent written skills in languages of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A team-oriented mindset, ready to support and collaborate with fellow colleagues. Exceptional communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with employees and higher management.
