Kelayakan

• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office & Cloud base Software
• Basic knowledge for Malaysia import duties regulation
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organizational skill
• Strong communication skills - both spoken and written with a good command of English and Mandarin (working closely with China and Taiwan supplier)
• Know how to communicate and write in Mandarin will be a privilege
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Problem solving skill

Tanggungjawab

• Communicate with oversea suppliers to arrange shipment
• Communicate with courier service and custom for tax & duty related topic
• Arrange shipment from oversea/local suppliers
• Key in inventory for stock received
• Issue Delivery Order and Invoice
• Communicate with sales team & customer service for shipping delivery
• Direct report to Head of Customer Service Manager
