Job Description

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage day-to-day office operations. Maintain a systematic and proper filing system. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Coordinate and liaise with interrelated group companies to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment. Produce reports, presentations and briefs decks. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

MARKETING REPONSIBILITIES:



Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online + offline). Support in managing social media platforms and scheduling content. Coordinate marketing events and promotions. Brainstorm fun ideas that can help us stand out (your creativity is welcome!). Design simple visual or video content for digital and print marketing (using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENT



Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (preferred). At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply). Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
