Job Scopes:



Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks at Tawau Branch Office. Assist in monitoring the operational performance and update accordingly to the Chief Operating Officer. Handle stocktaking, product, and asset management. Compile data, reports, and other required information for operational needs. Keep track and ensure timely compilation of stock and collection reports. Responsible for proper filing of branch documents. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior from time to time. Always ensure cleanliness of the office. Able to support the office with any inquiries about admin work.

Job Requirements:



Minimum qualification:

SPM

or equivalent. Willing to be based in

Tawau, Sabah

Immediate availability

is highly preferred.

Single

and

possess own transport

. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and positive working attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

.
