- Handle general office administration, including document management and scheduling.
eg : invoice, delivery order, filling, etc
- Manage ordering process & delivery arrangement
- Responsible for handling customer and supplier interactions & ensuring efficient follow-up
- Prepare quotation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SQL Accounting Software & Mandarin is an advantage.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
