Able to prepare DO,INV,PO and assist management on the purchasing paperwork & process required and must able to handle government tenders such as E-Perolehan portal (is an advantage)
To perform day to day administrative update duties, office supplies, handle
related inquiries, maintain record & documentation
Update company licenses including MPAJ, CIDB for technicians, certificate
related to ISO & GDPMD
Conduct exhibition preparation on paperwork and any registration matters
Monitory inventory for stock replenish
Prepare file invoice for audit and documents for ISO GDPMD's audit
Prepare accounting matters to meet required deadlines and to ensure all
works performed
Familiar in ISO 13485 & GDPMD is an advantage
Able to do MULTI TASK, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related fields
Required skills : Autocount system (IS A MUST) & E-Perolehan portal
Preferably with at least 1-2 year relevant working experience
