Metro Home Living, one of Kuching's leading furniture retailers, is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented
Admin Cum Sales
to support our showroom operations. This role combines sales and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries professionally.
Provide product information, pricing, and promotion details.
Prepare quotation, invoice, delivery order, and other sales documents.
Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for delivery arrangements.
Maintain and update showroom displays, stock lists, and customer database.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Supports the sales team by processing orders, managing daily documentation tasks including filling, data entry and record keeping.
Manage various administrative and clerical tasks, including customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain customers satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferably 2 year of experience in sales or admin (retail/furniture background an advantage).
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. (UBS/SQL system more advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, positive working attitude, and work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work weekends and public holidays (with weekday off).
