:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the aluminium profile and extrusion market.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions from our product range.
Provide technical support to customers, explaining product specifications and capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, quotations, customer details, and payment schedules.
Monitor payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and support accounts department in managing receivables.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the aluminium extrusion industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of aluminium products and extrusion processes.
Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
