Prepare and maintain statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Provide general administrative support to the office including data entry, documentation, and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (document, emails, courier, etc.).

Assist in preparing simple reports and documentation.
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; < 1 year of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
Working hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (based on job available)
