Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide product/service information and handle customer complaints. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
