Teaching experience in kindergarten or pre-school (advantage)
Basic knowledge of curriculum planning, child development, google sheets/basic data management.

JOB SCOPE
1) To support, uphold, and ensure the implementation of the
Mission and Vision of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP)
in all academic and kindergarten operations, including:
Instilling Islamic knowledge and love for Islam among children.
Contributing to the provision of engaging, effective, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for early childhood education.
2) Contributing to the provision of engaging, effective, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for early childhood education.
3) Issuing reminders or memos regarding task deadlines.
4) Monitoring other academic-related tasks as determined by management.
5) To report to the
Academic Coordinator (AC)
if any teacher is found to be underperforming or failing to comply with instructions and established academic standards.
6) To act as a substitute teacher on a rotational basis in the event of a class teacher's absence, subject to operational needs and management directives.
7) To collect, organize, and analyze academic data from each kindergarten branch for monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of educational quality.
8) To be responsible for collecting and managing
Reading Record
and
Qari Record
data using
Google Sheets
, to be presented to the Academic Coordinator (AC) and senior management.
9) Together with the
Academic Coordinator (AC)
, to conduct academic and operational audits at kindergartens according to requirements and scheduled timelines.
10) To prepare academic and kindergarten reports on a regular basis, including:
Monthly reports
Quarterly reports (every 3 months)
Semi-annual reports (6 months)
Annual reports to be presented to senior management
11)To attend all scheduled meetings and be responsible for preparing meeting minute.
12) To perform duties as a
Customer Service Officer
, including handling parents' inquiries related to:
Student registration
Fees and payments
Academic programs
Kindergarten operational matters
13) To respond to and manage official kindergarten phone calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner.
14) To be responsible for opening and managing the inquiry counter or booth during programs, events, or activities organized by the kindergarten
15) To carry out any other kindergarten-related duties as instructed or decided by the employer from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
