About the Role
We're looking for a
detail-oriented Admin Executive
to support
EPCO registration for customers
-- ensuring all export documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare EPCO registration for customer according to SOP.
Verify and ensure all documents (invoice, packing list, permit info) are complete before submission.
Coordinate with internal teams and government portals to ensure smooth EPCO submission.
Maintain and update all EPCO records in system/shared drive.
Support daily admin and export documentation tasks when needed.
Requirements
Diploma in
Logistics / Business / Supply Chain / Administration
or equivalent.
Experience in documentation / export admin / logistics admin
is an advantage.
Basic understanding of
EPCO, MITI or export permit processes
preferred.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & email correspondence.
Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred.
