Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
Demonstrated minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in administration or any related fields.
Good communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Technology savvy with excellent computer skills (Microsoft software) is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform general task such as monitoring supplies of office\'s stationaries, ensure office equipment are all well maintained.
Monitor company\'s vehicles to arrange for puspakom test, insurance and road tax renewal; and apply, monitor, review and maintain the Company\'s operating licenses.
Arrange flight and accommodation for every travels, and prepare refreshments/buffet to welcome visitors or during internal meetings.
Liase and communicate with suppliers for quotation and delivery; prepare and monitor every document issued by suppliers.
Monitor and ensure office facilities and working area is always in good condition and well-maintained.
Assign and monitor security guards to ensure workplace is always in safe condition.
Organize and manage paperwork, filing systems, and document flow including handling data entry and maintaining databases.
To solve every administration issues, enquiries, and request in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects and will provide back up, including resolve any IT related faults quickly and efficiently.
Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and Directors.
