Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Word and Excel
Location is Selangor - Damansara (near TTDI MRT)
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Tanggungjawab
Prepare quotation, sales order and sales invoice.
Check delivery order, cash expenses and staffs claim.
Handles all incoming & outgoing correspondence of supervising Operation Manager.
Assist in administration tasks which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating & following up on pending matters & business support functions.
Self-disciplined with great personality & interpersonal skill.
Perform other duties as assigned.
