Diploma and above in Business Administration, business studies , in any discipline and/or with relevant working experiences.
Proficiency with computers, especially Auto Count software and MS Office.
Hardworking, possess positive attitude, sense of job responsibility and initiatives.
Good in teamwork, organization skills and administration.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities
Receiving and processing customer purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers\' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Assist in sales documents and purchasing of raw material.
Assist to prepare shipping documents for import & export and follow ups.
Other task assigned by management.
