Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:



Process accounts payable (invoices, payments) & accounts receivable (billing, recording payments). Manage monthly payroll, staff claims, and statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/PCB). Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Maintain full sets of accounts and prepare basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet). Record and file all financial documents accurately.

Administrative Support:



Handle general office administration, including managing supplies, maintenance, and servicing. Provide direct administrative support to management (scheduling, correspondence). Manage HR-related tasks like leave tracking. Coordinate office activities and communications (emails, calls).

General & External Liaison:



Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, tax agents, company secretaries). Support new business opportunities (preparing quotes/invoices).
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software, communication, time management, problem-solving.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field often preferred, with experience in similar roles with SQL experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
