Job Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical duties for office and site operations.
Maintain proper filing of project, site, and administrative documents.
Prepare and update basic reports, records, and correspondence.
Coordinate with Site Supervisors and internal departments on administrative matters.
Assist in managing office and site documentation, forms, and submissions.
Monitor and maintain records related to attendance, manpower, or site administration as required.
Support daily office and site operations and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum
SPM / Diploma
in Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to support site-based administrative work when required.
