Job Description

We're looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Admin / Executive Assistant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team. Manage office operations including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Assist with student application processing, data entry, and follow-up with universities or clients. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records. Ensure office cleanliness, supplies, and general upkeep. Support the team with marketing events, education fairs, and company programs when required.

Requirements:



1-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Excellent communication skills in

Tamil

, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.
