Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and the team.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings..
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Office Operations
Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory.
Handle documentation, data entry, and record tracking.
Ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company procedures.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and other communications.
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and company activities.
Support to Management
Assist management with confidential tasks and projects.
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely task completion.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience (fresh graduates can be considered for junior role).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Others
Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
