Assists the workshop manager by performing the following duties.
Compiles records and reports.
Records orders for merchandise or service.
Prepares, issues and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements and checks. Receives, counts and pays out cash.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
Purchases supplies.
Computes customer bills.
Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
Maintain service branch's operational documentations in an organized manner, with proper filing and recording for future audit purposes.
Ensure all documentations, invoices, bills, receipts are accurate and processing for management's approval.
Timely preparation of various reports and organized in keeping documentations and records of branch's operations.
Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year administrative experience in an automotive warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is highly preferred

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
