Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing and record keeping.
Maintaining office supplies, equipment and facilities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain report, record and documentation related to sales, services, inventory as required.
Ensure accurate and timely filing invoices, purchase/sales orders.
Provide administrative support to different department. Ensure office operation adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Admin Executive in Automotive Industry.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Attention to details and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SQL Account.
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
Prefer candidates to be fluent in English & Malay.
Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,021.82 per month
