Job Description

Job Scope



1. HRIS Attendance Management



Maintain and update the HRIS attendance system. Monitor daily attendance, lateness, absences, and ensure data accuracy. Verify and process overtime, leave, and other payroll-related records. Troubleshoot attendance system issues and coordinate with the system provider for technical support. Generate weekly and monthly attendance and overtime reports for HR and management review.

2. Operations Administration



Assist in day-to-day operational activities and workflow coordination. Maintain records, documentation, and operational reports. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Support management in administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational planning.

3. Foreign Worker Management



Manage operations and deployment of foreign workers, including work schedules, attendance, and compliance. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to local labor regulations. Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal teams regarding foreign worker matters. Provide support and guidance to foreign workers to maintain productivity and compliance.

4. Job Training on Cleaning Procedures and Equipment



Conduct training sessions for staff on proper cleaning procedures and standards. Provide hands-on guidance on the correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
