Position: HR & Expatriate Services Executive

About:
This role is responsible for managing the company's expatriate and foreign worker (FW) hiring, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting overall HR operations. In addition, the role will coordinate and organize training programs to strengthen employee development and compliance with HRDF/HRD Corp requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, government agencies, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expatriate & Foreign Worker Hiring
? Manage end-to-end recruitment and placement of expatriates and foreign workers (FW).
? Coordinate with agencies, authorities, and internal departments to ensure compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements (ESD, Immigration, JTK, etc.).
? Handle work pass applications, renewals, terminations, and ensure timely submission of
required documentation.
? Maintain accurate records of expatriate and FW employment, contracts, and permits.
2. Training & Development
? Plan, coordinate, and organize training programs in line with company and statutory
requirements.
? Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders to schedule, arrange, and
track training sessions.
? Monitor training attendance, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with
HRDF/HRD Corp requirements for claims.
? Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
3. General HR Support
? Provide administrative and operational support for HR-related matters.
? Prepare periodic reports on expatriate, FW status, and training activities.
? Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and updated in line with company
standards.
Requirements
? Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Strong communication and coordination skills.
? Familiarity with immigration, expatriate management, and foreign worker regulations in
Malaysia will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
