Handle day-to-day office administrative duties.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
Provide general support to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is an advantage.
