Handle general administrative and clerical duties
Perform accurate data entry into the VSS system
Key in after sales data, including service and sales records
Prepare and key in invoices, credit notes, and related documents into the VSS system
Update and maintain customer, vehicle, and transaction records in VSS
Verify data and invoice details in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organise, file, and maintain proper documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
Assist after sales, accounts, or admin team with data entry and related administrative tasks
Answer basic phone calls, emails, and internal enquiries
Manage office documents, reports, and forms when required
Ensure data confidentiality and proper record-keeping
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
