Kelayakan

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum experience 2-3 years in related field.
  • Proactive, knowledge in Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Have basic knowledge in foreign workers management
  • Ability to independent and multi-tasking.
Tanggungjawab
  • Monitor and update FWCMS (Register/renew/terminate)
  • Register Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja (RTK) and renewal passport to embassy.
  • Prepare documentation for clearance and embassy, update renewal of VDR, all related documents to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia and foreign workers.
  • To lead in administrative task and prepare minutes of meeting.
  • responsible to prepare claim and expenses Director.
  • Responsible to update and monitor details foreign workers in master listing.
  • To source and compare other quotations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and update workers data.
  • To do any adhoc task as required.
