Position: Sales Admin Executive
Location: Kinrara, Puchong
Responsibilities:
Handle daily order processing for customers and online platforms.
Key in supplier invoices accurately into the system.
Check and update stock lists regularly to ensure accurate inventory records.
Plan and place orders for overseas stock replenishment in a timely manner.
Coordinate with local suppliers for product orders and deliveries.
Process and manage online orders efficiently.
Prepare and issue sales quotations to customers.
Prepare documents and follow up for Government tender processes
Assist the sales team with sales administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform any other sales administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
1-2 years of working experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with inventory or order management systems.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3000 to RM4000
