The Admin Executive Intern will assist the administrative team in daily office operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in office management, communication, and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing company documents.
Support day-to-day administrative operations (e.g., data entry, photocopying, scanning).
Help manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and staff activities.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and update records.
Support HR and finance teams in basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and claim documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree student in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
