- Computer Skills (especially in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- Communication skill in English (both written & oral)- Pleasant personalityResponsibilitiesAdmin & Renewal- Daily checking of shared mailbox, all incoming emails to be responded within 24 hrs. Refer to respective PICs for emails with enquiry- New application/renewal: Client to email the completed proposal form + payment proof (Cash-before-cover). If incomplete docs, request the same from client- Preparation of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and saving the same in respective folders with PICs\' name- All application docs (forms, payment proof, COI, TOBA, Aon\'s contract, quotation/renewal notice email, passport, CV, offer letter) to be saved in File Center and rename according to the docs- Submission of payment advice to Finance team for verification- Preparation of monthly declaration for record purpose and inform Processing Unit to issue official receipts following the declaration- Billings- Policies checking and send outBenefitsNear LRT.Near Public Nransportation. easy access.
