Admin Executive



Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru (Near Dato Onn)
Full-time | Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (based on experience)

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive

to join our dynamic team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and organize

quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices

accurately and on time. Handle and follow up on

supplier documentation

, including verification and filing. Provide

administrative support

to management and project teams (meetings, reports, travel arrangements, etc.). Maintain and update

record-keeping systems

(both electronic and hard copy). Assist with

basic finance tasks

, including processing expenses and coordinating with the accounts team. Manage incoming and outgoing

calls, emails, and correspondence

. Support

project coordination and event planning

when required. Perform

ad hoc administrative tasks

as assigned.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in

Business Administration, Management

, or related field. Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!*
Experience in

quotation, PO, and invoice handling

is an added advantage. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and

AutoCount

.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers).

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate availability

is preferred.
