To manage daily administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support for staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare reports, invoices, and billing statements.
Assist with HR-related tasks, staff attendance, and payroll support.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day clinic activities.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in admin or office management.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
