Admin Executive (Johor Bahru)



About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Administrative Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support and enhance our office management. This role involves general office administration, clerical and tasks support, and collaborating closely with the Interior Designers and other internal departments to align smooth progress with our operation objectives.

Key Responsibilities



- Handle day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and documentation.

- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval.

- Coordinate HR-related communications and record updates.

- Assist in basic bookkeeping, expense claims, and payment tracking.

- Support management in administrative matters and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.

- Ensure administrative procedures comply with company policy and standard operating procedures.

Requirements



- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.

- Good communication and teamwork attitude with design and project teams.

- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
