Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general administrative tasks including filing, document control, data entry, and correspondence. Organize appointments, schedules, and make necessary logistics arrangements. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., employment contracts, checklists, briefing materials). Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysian governance laws and regulations. Provide personal assistance and administrative support to the Director. Coordinate and support the planning of internal events, meetings, and team activities. Assist with preparation and documentation for audits, government submissions, and regulatory requirements. Ensure company compliance with all Malaysian legal requirements. Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as directed by management to support departmental and company needs.

Requirements:



At least 2 years experiences in administrative roles or related PA role Familiarity with Malaysian employment-related legislation and company law Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally At least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field Able to speak and write in Mandarin, Malay, and English to support internal communication and external coordination
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
