Admin Executive (Johor)



Responsibilities:



Handling shipping arrangement for incoming and outgoing shipments Arrange and co-ordinate timely delivery of goods and ensure all deliveries are accomplished Prepare invoice, delivery order & all other commercial documents on time and accurately Processing claims, account receivables and payable Attend to phone calls and filing Maintenance of leave system and records. Inventory of office supplies such as stationery, pantry items & etc Supporting other admin-related functions & adhoc duties

Requirements:



STPM/Diploma and above Preferable 1 year of working experience in administration or equivalent Good co-ordination skills in handling delivery with forwarders Good verbal and written communication in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work independently with minimum supervision Willing to multi-tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
