We are a growing automotive battery wholesale company looking for a meticulous and organized Admin Executive to manage our warehouse office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our daily invoicing and documentation processes run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately generate and process Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Credit Notes, and Official Receipts using SQL Accounting System.
Maintain proper filing systems for all sales and purchase documents. Ensure all records are organized, up-to-date, and easily retrievable for tracking or audit purposes.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure physical stock matches the system records.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed promptly and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM, Diploma candidates are welcome.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proven experience in using SQL Accounting Software is highly preferred (candidates familiar with AutoCount or similar systems are also encouraged to apply).
Ability to work independently in a warehouse office environment with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Good command of English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia). Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage (to communicate with suppliers/customers).
