We are currently seeking to fill the position of Junior Admin Staff in Admin Division.
Location: Maxion Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Taman Daya, Tebrau
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Local Authority Compliance for Outlet: Ensure all outlets timely compliance with local authority requirement and regulations for opening and renewal, including registration and obtaining necessary licenses and permits under SSM, Majlis Perbandaran, KPKT, PDPA, Dewan Bahasa, Bomba, ATOM, TNB, PBA, Weighing Machine, Fire Extinguishers, and etc.
Petty Cash: Handling petty cash (outlet & staffs) accurately and on time.
Company Phone Lines: To manage the Company phone lines and phone for the entire groups. To check and verify the monthly bills.
Company Cars: To manage Company cars (purchase and sale of vehicles, petrol card, renewals of road tax and insurance) for the entire groups.
Company Insurance: Responsible to monitor all the outlets insurance premiums and follow up on claims.
Outlet Safety: Contact point for SECOM and Safeguards.
Provide general administrative support to Management.
Qualifications:
No experiences required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong responsibility sense and time-management abilities such as follow up tasks tightly within the dateline and have urgency sense.
