Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks.
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
