Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office operations, records, and filing systems. Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements. Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks. Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
