Examas Jaya is a foodservice equipment supplier based in Kajang, Selangor with a service network all around Malaysia. We are looking for a team member who would like to expand their horizons in the F&B and HORECA industries, working in multi-cultural working environment, with renowned international brands.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and Whatsapp in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status
Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
What We're Looking For:
Malaysian with 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
A life-long learner who is energetic with positive can-do attitude
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word
Strong PowerPoint skills to create polished, engaging presentation materials that help our sales team communicate value and win new business
Comfortable using CRM systems and office tools
