Job Description

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of production activities. Support the purchasing team in sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and processing purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports. Provide administrative support to the production and purchasing teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures. Daily/Weekly/Monthly checklist for reporting.

What we're looking for



Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a production or purchasing environment Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks Knowledge of production and/or purchasing processes and procedures is an advantage Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking supplier. Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
