Job Description

Assist in E-Commerce Administrative Tasks with Complete Training Provided Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other ecommerce departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Responsible for Recording Transactions, Ensuring Inventory is Processed, Organized and Stored Manages Data Entry and Making sure Inventories are Accurate with System at All Times Prepare and Present Monthly Report to Improve Store Performance Perform any Other Duties as Assigned by the Department Manager Ad-hoc task as assigned by the Department Manager

Requirements



Candidate should possess at least SPM or equivalent Have at Least 1 Year Working Experience in Any Administrative Position Ability to Work as part of a team and Take Initiative Independent of Direct Supervision Good Communication and Writing Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to Multi Task, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively Willing to Take Challenge and Responsibilities in Work Patience and Attentiveness, Able to Resolve Conflict, Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Ability to Work Under Pressure Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
