Assist in day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with sales team, installers, suppliers, and clients.
Arrange delivery schedules and follow-up tasks.
Documentation & Administrative Work
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and filing
Maintain customer records, product details, and stock updates
Update documents, templates, and reports for management
Marketing Assistance
Assist in preparing basic marketing content, product posting to online
Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product updates
Support social media postings, photo taking, product descriptions
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in admin is an added advantage
Can speak English, Malay, Mandarin
Responsibility, discipline, and ability to multitask.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Fast learner and positive working attitude
