Requirements:

Education:

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Language Skills:

Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Personality Traits:

Strong people skills. Adaptable, flexible and friendly. Approachable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day front office administration duties, ensuring smooth operations. Act as the primary liaison for students, parents and academic staff. Handle enquiries and guide prospective parents through the enrolment process. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and privacy in all dealings. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors. Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling and correspondence.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience in customer service or administrative roles. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
