Admin Staff (Takaful Agency)
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Staff to support our daily office operations in the Takaful & Insurance industry. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle and organize Takaful documents such as proposals, policies, claims, and reports.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Provide administrative support to agents and the sales team.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a professional manner.
Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and document filing.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Prior experience as an Admin Staff is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Able to drive and possess a valid driving license.
