Our business is Security Automation system such as Access control system / Barrier gate system / RFID long range system / IP CCTV system & etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and issue Quotation, Tax Invoice, Service Report.
Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
2) Sales & Customer Support
Follow up on quotations with customers.
Assist in coordinating with sales team, technician, and store when required.
3) Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to Sales & Operation Executive.
Handle general admin duties to support daily operations.
Communicate effectively with internal team and external clients.
4) AutoCount Accounting System
Operate AutoCount for daily tasks (quotation, invoice, expenses, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in administrative roles.
Knowledge of
AutoCount
system is an added advantage.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to take initiative to ensure smooth workflow between sales, technical, and admin teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
