Job Summary



The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across the company's cross-border and multinational business operations. This role assists in subsidiary setup, compliance coordination, business support, and daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across different regions. The position also acts as a key liaison between headquarters and overseas teams, supporting business execution, documentation, and reporting in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities



Subsidiary & Cross-Border Operations Support



Assist in handling setup and administrative processes for subsidiaries or overseas branches, including registration, compliance, and daily operations. Coordinate with local consultants, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth business execution.

Operational & Business Assistance



Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to various business units. Assist in coordinating and facilitating multinational projects and business activities.

Headquarters & Regional Coordination



Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and regional offices to ensure alignment on tasks, reporting, and operational updates. Support coordination between internal departments and external partners across different time zones and regions.

Reporting & Documentation



Assist in preparing and consolidating reports, statements, and business documentation. Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

General Administrative Management



Manage office-related administrative matters, such as scheduling, documentation, procurement coordination, and logistics arrangements. Support HR, finance, and operations teams in cross-border administrative activities when needed.

Other Assigned Tasks



Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support business goals and operational efficiency.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in a

multinational or cross-border environment

. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Familiarity with cross-border compliance and documentation procedures is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced multicultural setting.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
